From St. Faustina’s Diary, #991, Notebook II, pp. 422-423, English version.
991 (316) February 26, 1937. Today I saw how the Holy Mysteries [Mass] were being celebrated without liturgical vestments and in private homes, because of a passing storm; and I saw the sun come out from the Blessed Sacrament, and all other lights went out, or rather they were dimmed; and all the people were looking toward this [one] light. But at the present time I do not understand the meaning of this vision.176
Footnote 176 in the diary: Probably a prediction that was fulfilled under the German occupation, when many priests secretly celebrated the Eucharist in private homes and basements, without liturgical vestments, and even in concentration camps, wearing prison clothes.
In these Latter Days the ‘passing storm’ is the Abomination of Desolation, which is the invalidation of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass that will soon be promulgated by Francis the False Prophet. While the footnote writers observed such activity in Germany under Nazi rule, this will be worldwide under the reign of the Antichrist (Maitreya) in which Francis creates a fake ‘Mass’ which is nothing more than a pagan celebration, which is why the symbolism of lights going out is used and dimmed. The dimming means the far fewer true Masses that will be celebrated by the underground Remnant Church. This is coming soon.
